Anne Cushman is an internationally known author and teacher in the field of mindfulness, creativity, and mind-body wellness. She directs the Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Training at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, CA and is the author of several books, including Moving Into Meditation and the novel Enlightenment for Idiots.

Teja Bell a lifelong practitioner of meditation, martial arts, music, and mind-body healing. He has taught more than 80 retreats at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and is a core teacher for the Hollow Bones Zen community. He leads teacher trainings, retreats, and daylongs internationally.
